ATLANTA–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Georgia Gulf Corporation (NYSE:GGC) today announced the closing of its previously announced offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 9 percent senior secured notes due 2017 (the “Notes”). The Company also announced its entry into a new senior secured asset-based revolving credit facility concurrently with the completion of the offering.
